m3 skins question…?

i have problem i put my new skin into skin 1 and i opened the skin and nothing happened. i turned it off and turned it back on and the skin didnt changed. is it a problem if i have my custom background cuz i have one… my m3 real version is 1.45 also when i open the skin i get sent to the notebook and i could press x/y to bookmark save load menu, a to scroll, b to return, select to config/encoding, and thats about it
