I recently recieved an R4 for my nintendo DS and i dont know how to use it?

I recently recieved an r4 for my nintendo DS and i dont know how to use it?

ive got the r4 and a 2gb mem card, i jst dont know how to put games onto it? can some one please help……
and are there any good sites that i can donwload the games from?
