I need HELP with my dstt!!!!!!!?

I have a dstt thing and just recently I have been doing fine downloading games and inserting them into the sdmicrohc memory chip BUT I put one game and now it seems like my memory card cannot be read. My DS wont even turn on when I have the dstt with the memory card, it will turn on with the dstt though it just reads “no memory card”
i suspect the issue is with the memory chip because my computer wont even read it either…
what can i do?? did i brick the memory card?
