How to deal with this kind of room mate ..there some Legal I can do , after collecting proof..call cops..in CA?
Ok..I dont have any grudge against black people but the Vietnamese landlady got this old blackman with golden teeth. I am already disturbed by personal problems , and this fellow has been the biggest pain in the ass. He looks and talks like a typical druggie from Detroit. No one in the house likes him but they are discreet.
less that 1 wk since since moved in ..my Diamond Rings gone, Sandwich makers’ disappeared and bathroom digital scale is stolen.All of us except him have a job -none milks this already fragile economy by living on benefits. So he’s a thief at the smallest opporunity. Next , he smokes pot inside his room. I left a note outside for everyone to see , clarifying that its illegal to smoke pot in a community atmosphere…he smokes shamelessly . He steals everyone’s food but before we get attention to that…he’ll claim I stole his food..!!!….WTF..which non white guy , on this God’s Green Earth would even THINK of stealing..a black guys food. He accused him and made some racist remarks about Jews …. I dont have any bias towards black people. I am myself Jewish and know what it is to be disdained at …but I could not resist myself and replied back in a similar coin. Essentially , when there is no one around, he looks at the smallest exuse to make me unstable and I am , given my present situation prone to a lot of unstability.
You will say MOVE. I HAVE TO MOVE in a month or 2 ..back to Vermont around Feb. I am too stressed with my present job, that I DONT have the energy to move to another place, which is just as nearby from office, and its only 2 months and I am gone – not worth the trouble for a new effort to search , new deposit , and adjustments to make and I DO feel CHEATED if someone else coming after me, is uprooting me , when I had some peace of mind , before he came.
HOW DO I deal with this guy.
I want to call the cops , next time his dope dealer shows up and he smokes pot. What else can I do to shut him up. I told him several times in past – DONT TALK to me and get off my face. He is totally shameless , and V V ABUSIVE.I
I dont know under what premise, she choose to take him. Maybe because he paying cASH and these people are shady people ..I bet she’s cheating on her income ny getting all cash from this black guy
