do i have dead cells in my car battery or is it the altenator?

I have to jump my car every morning for about 10 seconds to get the engine running… i can turn my car to where my lights and radio come on but when i turn the key all the way all i hear is a clicking sound like its trying to start but it wont turn over. is this an altenator problem or just dead cells in my battery.. also i have a indash screen, 6×9’s and hid lights..could i just need two batteries or just one new battery..my volts on the battery according to my car is 15 volts..it is a 2006 buick lacrosse
could my terminals be the problem
