Why are \’\'celebrities\’\’ now famous because they are attractive or scandals and list names.?

Tons of today’s celebrities are famous ONLY because:

1. They are eye candy.

2. Scandals.

3. Have a famous relative.

If that’s the case, then lots of people should be famous since it’s very easy to be a celebrity nowadays. Anyways, may you please list names of those are famous simply for NOTHING.
