Should I get a breast reduction?

I am a 34F and considering a breast reduction. I’m only in my early twenties, but my boobs are already beginning to sag a bit with some stretch marks.

They don’t interfere with my exercise habits, and they only slightly affect my posture. However, I feel so self-conscious about the size. My measurements are 40-28-40, so when I wear a shirt that isn’t tailored in at the waist, it makes me look a lot heavier. Yet, I feel uncomfortable in tighter, more-tailored shirts.

I hate this over-stuffed look. I would much rather just have a smaller, sporty-looking figure.

Any tips? Any thoughts on breast reduction?

Clothes for Christmas presents: Why do people "guess" my size?

I got 2 very nicely tailored shirts from a dear friend: SHE HAS ABSOLUTELY ***NO*** IDEA what my “size” is……..Should I just “gift” them to a friend?? There’s no way to return them. Plus, the shirts aren’t “me”, if you get my drift……..

Why do people get another person clothing for Christmas?? These shirts make me look like I’m in a sausage casing………….. ; ((
EDIT: They’re Tommy Bahama~they’re over $225 per shirt, so they’re NOT going to Goodwill……
