How to run r4i sdhc card on DSi V1.4.3?

I have a r4i sdhc card, it is marked ” V1.4.1″. It works well on my DSi console before. But I am foolish to update firmware to DSi V1.4.3, and the card shows “error” on screen. Can I upgrade the r4i sdhc card to support DSi V1.4.3? Should I download any update patch for it? Thanks

I have Pokemon White on my r4i but it has no cheats. Is there anyway i can get them? Please do not give me a link to somewhere like the pirate bay, unless you have the link to the EXACT download place for them. I assume you drag them onto the r4i card and they work instantly? Basically, please provide cheats and how to use them.
