Help needed with R4!?

So I still haven’t figured out what to do. I have:
-1 original r4 card, the genuine one
-1 NEW MicroSD card, 8gb
-1 Nintendo DS Lite

The Nintendo DS itself can start properly, but whenever I put the r4 card in, the screen gets stuck on ”Loading…”
I have tried literally everything, but before I bought the new one, I had another one. The r4 card worked fine until I accidentaly turned some kind of safe mode on. From that point on, things went wrong. All files that were on the MicroSD card were literally stuck on there. I could delete the files from my PC, but whenever I pulled it out and put it back in the PC or in the DS the original files were on there again, as if they were ghosts that reappear every time.

Additional info:
-I have tried reformatting 100 times, varying from full to quick, from FAT to FAT32, from Microsoft formatters to special SD-formatters, it always said something went wrong or the SD card didn’t support it.
-On my old one, in the globalsettings.ini file ‘’safemode = 1”, but because everything was stuck on there I couldn’t change it. With the new SD-card, that whole file isn’t on there any more, so I can’t try anything differently

r4 ds help plz im really sad and pissed ?

I had my r4 with me it was working fine then i plugged it into a computer took it back out and it asked me for the menu when i started it up so i plugged it back in the computer and it asks me to format?? I tried a data recovery program and it found five games but theres only one game file i want that it didnt find … Pokemon black it has my pokemon from gbc transfered to gba then to diamond then to black!!!!!!! I was going to trade it to my legit game card the next day to plz help!

Can I get the old Pokemon games (Yellow, Leaf Green, Blue, Red, etc.) on an r4 card for my Nintendo DS?

I have an original Nintendo DS, first version released, and I want to get all the pokemon games on an r4 card for it. I was trying to find it online but I didn’t see it so I was wondering how and if I could get old gamboy/gameboy color games like this on an r4 card for my DS.

My r4DS says all my ROMs are corrupted?

I’m a huge fan of the Dragon Quest games and the Yu Gi Oh games. I own every single handheld DQ and several Yu Gi Oh games, but I hate carting around 6+ cartridges with me if I’m taking my DS abroad. I decided to get a DS flashcart, and opted for the r4DS as that’s what most of my friends recommended. I also purchased a GBA flashcart so I could use a GBA emulator as well.

From the get-go, I had issues. None of the Kernels available would load. I eventually went with Wood r4 v1.45. I downloaded ROMs of all my favorite DQ games, patched them for the r4 with DLDI, loaded them all on… and every single one of them is ‘corrupt’. I tried redownloading them from different sites, re-patching them, patching them with other softwares, nothing. I tried a couple Pokemon ROMs, they won’t load either. The only .NDS files I can get to load are the Korg DS-10, a homebrew drum machine, and a GBA emulator. But nothing else.

The sole reason I got this was so that I could take all my favorite RPGs and TCGs with me on the bus without worrying about theft or loss. If I can’t load up any of them, then I just wasted a lot of money. Suggestions?

Can i play Zelda "a link to the past" game on my 3DS?

So my friend got this PSP phone and he installed an emulator on it to play a link to the past, and it is such a good game i wont to play it on my 3DS i figured i could just download the rom and add it to my 3DS but i duno. what i want to know is do i need an emulator or other software like an r4 card or can i just download it or where can i buy it. I know Nintendo are thinking about redoing it in 3D but i still want to play the original the now.
