ORIGINAL Xbox mod-chip help?

OK so the other day i tried to FTP my Xbox. i thought my Xbox was soft-modded but there was a mod-chip inside i thought when i saw the screws on the bottom. The FTP didn’t work so i stopped. i burnt a game (because its a modded Xbox) so i can play the game. i turned on my Xbox and it rrod red ringed of death on me. How do i fix it. I know its not a overheating problem because I let it cool down for 1 day.

is the mod chip the only way to burn games to harddrive?

I’m not sure i know how a modchip works. Is it the only way to save games to the harddrive of a wii. It has to be installed by someone who knows what they are doing..anything easier?

How to burn a PS1 .iso?

I know that questions like this have been asked umpteen billion times before, and I have googled it, but they seem to all be for a PS2 (or 3), or refer to a mod chip. I don’t even know what exactly a mod chip is, so I’m guessing its safe to assume that I haven’t got one.
So basically, in the most basic layman’s terms possible (within reason of course) how can this be accomplished for a PS1 without a mod chip?

When I got any/all of my PS1 games, I immediately ripped them on to my computer for backup, fresh from the package so that if one got lost, scratched, broken, etc. I could easily replace it. I thought at the time that I could simply burn the .iso using my CD burning program (Roxio something or other, I believe), but it doesn’t seem to be working. I have each disc as both a .iso and a file type unique to the program I use.

hi, i purchased a “jtagged xbox” to find out it was only a home brew (after breaking it). The person never told me it could not run online so i accadentally updated it and i was wondering where i could buy an infectus mod chip that would downgrade it so i can play it online. On the infectus website they say that it can be done, they have tutorials for it, and they say that they have the mod chips, but i can not find where to buy one. I was just wondering if anyone knew if there was a link that i did not find somewhere on there or if there is people who re-sell infectus chips
