hid conversion kit headlights?

i have a 2005 saturn ion 2 and i wanna replace the factory halogen lights with the HID kit….is the HID kit alot better than factory and bright like with better visibility and whats better halo or hid

Question about JDM projector headlights on my ford ranger!!?

ok i have a 1994 ford ranger and i found some projector headlights i am looking at getting, i was wondering, would i need a hid conversion kit to use projector headlights or can i just use my silvannia silverstar ultra bulbs in them?
