which scale do you think is correct my digital scale or doctors scale?

i really annoyed because ive got some new scales and ive found out that i weigh 12 pounds heavier.
but anyway my doctors scale says i weigh 156 pounds, but the problem with these is that they sometimes dont go back to 0. ive just bought some digital scales and they say i weigh 168 pounds? which one do i go off?

How to deal with this kind of room mate ..there some Legal I can do , after collecting proof..call cops..in CA?

Ok..I dont have any grudge against black people but the Vietnamese landlady got this old blackman with golden teeth. I am already disturbed by personal problems , and this fellow has been the biggest pain in the ass. He looks and talks like a typical druggie from Detroit. No one in the house likes him but they are discreet.
less that 1 wk since since moved in ..my Diamond Rings gone, Sandwich makers’ disappeared and bathroom digital scale is stolen.All of us except him have a job -none milks this already fragile economy by living on benefits. So he’s a thief at the smallest opporunity. Next , he smokes pot inside his room. I left a note outside for everyone to see , clarifying that its illegal to smoke pot in a community atmosphere…he smokes shamelessly . He steals everyone’s food but before we get attention to that…he’ll claim I stole his food..!!!….WTF..which non white guy , on this God’s Green Earth would even THINK of stealing..a black guys food. He accused him and made some racist remarks about Jews …. I dont have any bias towards black people. I am myself Jewish and know what it is to be disdained at …but I could not resist myself and replied back in a similar coin. Essentially , when there is no one around, he looks at the smallest exuse to make me unstable and I am , given my present situation prone to a lot of unstability.
You will say MOVE. I HAVE TO MOVE in a month or 2 ..back to Vermont around Feb. I am too stressed with my present job, that I DONT have the energy to move to another place, which is just as nearby from office, and its only 2 months and I am gone – not worth the trouble for a new effort to search , new deposit , and adjustments to make and I DO feel CHEATED if someone else coming after me, is uprooting me , when I had some peace of mind , before he came.

HOW DO I deal with this guy.
I want to call the cops , next time his dope dealer shows up and he smokes pot. What else can I do to shut him up. I told him several times in past – DONT TALK to me and get off my face. He is totally shameless , and V V ABUSIVE.I

Inaccurate scale reading!?

I have a Taylor digital scale. Ever since it got wet it has been inaccurate. It says that I weigh 38 pounds more. If I tap on it and then move away it stays reading 38 pounds until it automatically shuts off. I mean, I can still monitor my weight loss by subtracted 38 pounds when I weigh myself but that’s annoying. Has this happened to anyone? Is there a way to reset a digital scale? By the way I did put in a new battery too. Thanks a lot.

… weighing a little more than 1 lb, and one of them is right at 1 kilogram but my little digital scale won’t go high enough to weigh it with accuracy. both of them are 99.99 % pure indium and the box they came in lists a few other elements in parts per million with none more than 13 parts per million and most under 5 ppm.

Is this a good routine for a beginner?

Well, One day I go jogging, the next i workout ( pushups, situps, legups, jumping jacks, windmills ). I jog about a mile when i do, and it kills me, but i only just started running 2 weeks ago. I’m trying to get in shape for football in 2 and a half months, so i need to know if this is any good or not. I’m 14 ( will be 15 in july ) and weigh around 190-200 ( i don’t know because i don’t have a digital scale ).

Biological evolution of viruses seems pretty simple, random change to DNA and whichever has the optimal DNA reproduces more. Right so could this be implemented on a digital scale like random bits of the viral code changing and if it benefits the digital virus maybe it would work the same. I just got a new digital scale, and after inputting my height, age, and gender, it not only calculates my weight, but also my body fat %, water %, and bone mass %. Am I missing something here? How accurate is this and how exactly is it calculating these numbers?

How does an adult male break out of a crippling Eating Disorder?!?

I should know better, but I’m a 25 year old male, used to be very fat thanks to a broken pituitary gland. After being on growth hormone injections until I was 18, I obviously stretched out quite well and received so many compliments about my new, slimmer frame. For the first time in my life I was called “handsome” or “attractive.”

Now, it has started to get out of hand. I left home at the age of 18, and lived a normal life up until about 2 years ago, where I realised I had gained a little weight since my initial (huge) weight shift. Now I KNOW this is normal, but I started dieting. I think perhaps I associate weight loss in general, with attractiveness/compliments thanks to my previous situation. But in the past 6 months, I have found myself in a bad situation.

I am 5′7.5″ (171.5cm) tall, 105lb, and about 26-27″ waist. But I am now doing 1000 crunches a day, up to 500 push ups a day, regiment every meal to the point I use digital scales for vegetables (I actually weigh CUCUMBER). I no longer consume any more than 1200-1400 calories maximum, per day, and if I’m having alcohol, I factor that in too (so if I have three cans of lager, I allow myself a meagre 700 calories worth of food that day, say).

I cannot break free, I’ve been to the doctor who says my testosterone is rock bottom, I’m sleeping terribly, and I’m just so fatigued I can hardly walk to the shops. I weigh myself each morning, and if I see the scale go from 104.6lb to 104.8lb in a day, I will occasionally ‘punish’ by doing extra exercise or eat a little less.

Thank you in advance for any advice you can give; I am too embarrassed to speak to my closest and most-loved… they would be so confused as to why I’m this way, but to be honest, I don’t even have a reason myself…

21-year-old Theodore Milner of the 4900 block of Oxford Avenue in Philadelphia has been charged with a felony drug violation after he and a friend flagged down a police officer to ask for a ride as their car had run out of gas on Interstate I-95.

Milner was found to have three outstanding warrants for his arrest and later to be in possession of seven bags of marijuana and a digital scale.

On Saturday at 7:38 p.m., two County police officers were traveling on Churchman’s Road near the Christiana River when they passed two pedestrians who were walking in the same direction. One of the pedestrians waved his hands and arms at the officers as if they were in need of help.

The officers then turned around to check to see if they could assist the pedestrians.

Both men indicated their vehicle was disabled on I-95 because they had run out of gas. They then asked for a ride to a local gas station. The officers agreed to give them a ride, but conducted a computer inquiry and learned Milner had three warrants out for his arrest.

He was then taken into custody and found to be in possession of seven bags of marijuana.

Milner has been charged with possession with the intent to deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He has been arraigned and committed to the Howard Young Prison after failing to post $1,500 secured bail.
