Can someone point me in the right direction for a cell phone lookup service. I used one many years ago but have forgotton the name of the service.

I got a crazy deal on craigslist. I bought a new blackberry 8330 I assure you it was new and it’s still active on someones account. I can make calls with it and have the phone number. I just want to deactivate it so I can sell this phone is there any way to do this without being the actual holder of the account? I am sure they have no idea I got a phone on their service lol. I am going to do a reverse cell phone look up in hopes I can get some form of contact info or their address and meet up with them somehow but in the meantime I thought I would ask in case that doesn’t work out.
