car electrical trouble?

I have a 95 gmc vandura (runs great) but I got in the car one day and my clock had reset itself back to 12 (does this everytime I turn off the car also my lighter,horn and emergency lights dont work. I went to check the fuses and sure enough I found one that was blown. So I changed it seemed like everything was working tell I tried the horn, it honked but then I heard the fuse blow. Put a new one in and tried it again but this time the lighter- it worked once then the fuse blew…Any ideas or things I can check out myself? I really need some help here. I dont enough money to bring it in to a shop. So I have to fix it myself just dont know where to start. Thanks in advance
