Can I use audio or video recording equipment in my home.?
Let’s say I think some one in my home is doing something I don’t like, via the wife, kids, roommates, etc. Is it illegal to record them with out them knowing. If I stuck a voice recorder on the phone or just laying around, do I have to let them know about it? Please respond only if you do know the law on this. I am in Ohio by the way.
